2nd Course: Red Gem Lettuce with Grilled Grapes, Mimosa Poached Apples & Peach’s, Candied Pistachio, Cherries an Orange Yogurt Dressing.
Intermezzo: Cantaloupe and Quince Bites with Fried Prosciutto Sherry Pimentón Gastrique.
